Independent engineer working with founders and small teams on web products, infrastructure and everything that has to keep running at 3am.
Trusted by founders & teams around the world
I'm a self-taught engineer. I've spent the last seven years building web products end to end and keeping the infrastructure under them boring, which is the highest compliment infrastructure can get.
I like the parts other people avoid: the migration nobody wants to touch, the page that takes eleven seconds to load, the deploy that only works on Tuesdays. I care about the small details, in code and in pixels.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication

Four ways to work together. Most projects start with one and grow into two.
Marketing sites, dashboards and full products. Fast, accessible, and built so the next developer does not curse your name.
The unglamorous layer that decides whether you sleep. Provisioned as code, observable by default, cheap on purpose.
The work your team does by hand every week, done by a script instead. Including LLM features that actually earn their latency.
Inherited a codebase that scares you? I map it, stabilise it, and leave you with tests and a plan you can actually execute.
A few recent projects. Ask me about the ones under NDA.
Platform · Product engineering
A monitoring platform rebuilt from a jQuery dashboard into a real-time product. Ten thousand probes, sub-second charts, one engineer.
Logistics · Infrastructure
Migrated a European freight operator off three legacy VPS boxes onto a reproducible Kubernetes setup. Zero downtime, 40% lower bill.
Editorial · Web & motion
An independent magazine with a reading experience built around motion. WebGL page transitions that still score 100 on Lighthouse.
SaaS · Automation & AI
Support triage for a 200-person team. Classifies, routes and drafts replies, with a human still holding the send button.
A paragraph is enough. What is broken, what you want to build, and roughly when you need it.
One call, fixed scope, fixed price where possible. If I am not the right person I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
You see progress every week in a real environment, not a status update. No long-term contracts, no lock-in.
Tell me what you are working on. I reply to everything within a day.
